The
Trout House
The
Trout House 1350 sq. ft. on one level and
is secluded on the north end of the property, nestled into the cottonwoods
on the bank of Six Mile Creek, and has a private access road and is
complete as a second home or rental. The Trout House is of log construction,
has a covered front porch, car port, and a large streamside back deck
with a hot tub, picnic table and gas grill. The yard is landscaped with
native grasses, wildflowers, shrubs and trees and watered by an automated
sprinkler system.

The
great room has a vaulted and log beamed ceiling with elk antler chandelier,
stone gas fireplace, mono-point lighting, 2 picture windows, and the
distressed oak floor runs throughout the house. The open kitchen has
Chinese slate counter tops and breakfast bar, custom stained cabinets
with glass, double stainless sinks, custom fir dining table and oak
chairs, gas range and oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,
many small appliances, 2 sets of dishes, glassware, all pots and pans.
There is a washer / dryer and utility closet. The hot water heater and
forced air furnace, fireplace, range and oven are fueled by propane
gas.

The
Trout House and Guest Cabin are currently utilized as vacation rental
retreats with an established clientele. This established business, good
will and excellent name recognition, is a no cost, assumable option.
All
buildings are of sound and sturdy construction and are meticulously
maintained to maximize integrity and appearance.
